| All of the grapes we use are allowed to ripen thoroughly on the vine, a key to the exceptional quality we achieve. Each cluster, once harvested by hand, is then de-stemmed and sorted � also by hand. Each varietal lot is treated as its own wine, then when each lot is ready, the Sea of Stones blend is assembled to create a wine that emulates the best of what the Sea of Stones Estate has to offer. |
