| This Central Coast Chardonnay is straw yellow and lemon pie nose, supported by an integrated whiff of toasty oak. On the palate, medium bodied, with a nice mix of stone and tropical fruit leading the way. Well balanced fruit and acidity encourage a lingering finish. Although ready to enjoy now, this wine will develop over several years. Ideal with seafood, creamy pastas and chicken. |
